We'll need the make, model, original network and IMEI number. Dial *#06# on the handset and the IMEI appears on screen.
Once you've approved the cost, we submit the unlock using the route that suits your handset and original network.
We'll message you when it's complete, with simple instructions for swapping in your new SIM card.
UK networks have been barred from selling locked handsets since December 2021. That still leaves plenty of older phones, and devices bought overseas, tied to one provider. We unlock handsets from EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Virgin Mobile, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile, giffgaff and others, on contract or pay-as-you-go.
