All the repairs on this page are carried out at our counter in the St Nicholas Centre. Pick your device or problem below to find out more, or just come in and tell us what happened, whether it’s a smashed screen, a flat battery or something stranger.
This year's flagship or a trusty older model, we repair phones of every age. New screens, batteries, cameras and charging ports are routine work here.
Student iPads, family tablets and work devices: cracked glass, tired batteries and loose ports are usually fixable for far less than a replacement.
Spilled coffee, a hinge that's snapped, a battery that lasts an hour or keys that won't type: MacBook and Windows laptop faults diagnosed and put right here.
Clipped your Apple Watch on a door frame? Cracked faces and worn-out batteries can be replaced locally, without sending it off.
“It just stopped” is all most people can tell us, and that’s plenty. Finding out why is our side of the deal. We test the phone, tablet or laptop, pin down the fault and give you an honest view of the fix.
Our Expertise
Our technicians open Apple, Samsung, Google, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Huawei and Xiaomi devices every week, whether it’s a broken display or a logic board fault, all from a unit a few minutes from Union Square.
Whether it’s a chipped corner or a completely black panel, a correctly matched screen goes in, and touch, colour and brightness are checked while you watch.
A wet device needs opening and cleaning before corrosion sets in. Our liquid damage service gives soaked phones, tablets and laptops the best chance.
Phone giving up on cold mornings or needing a top-up by lunch? Fitting a fresh battery usually restores proper all-day life and costs far less than upgrading the handset.
If your phone says “No Service” while others have bars, the antenna or SIM reader may be failing. We find signal faults and fix them.
A side key that’s sunk, a volume rocker that rattles or a home button that does nothing: we fix faulty buttons by replacing the switch or the ribbon underneath.
Callers faint, music fuzzy or nothing at all? Speakers, earpieces and microphones can each be to blame. A clogged mesh, a loose connector or a tired unit are the usual culprits, and our speaker repairs deal with whichever it turns out to be.
Nothing leaves our counter without being tested. Whether it’s a quick screen swap or a long, careful recovery after a soaking, you’ll know exactly what was done, and why, before you head home.
